This blog is aimed at the rock and roll enthusiast, with no further ambition than to provide lovingly homemade artwork for bootleg recordings of bands that I particularly enjoy.

A compilation found on the web with a superb front cover and 28 eclectic tracks from very various artists and bands (Dr John, Tony Joe White, Alice Cooper, the Blasters...) mentioning witchcraft, voodoo, evil, magic and the like... Very enjoyable and refreshing...
Here is some artwork for another excellent live recording by Nashville Pussy , from 2013 with the beautiful Bonnie Butrago on bass. I got it - again - from the no less excellent blog heavybootz. This time it is an audience recording, yet the quality is very good. Drthc had the courteousy to provide a new link for this boot so... as usual, grab it here while you still can! The live pictures are - alas! - not from the original concert but from a later gig in Austin, TX (2014) ... So, I might work on a newer version very soon, using some of the illustrations provided by drthc in his post.
An excellent quality live recording (sound board) - available on the excellent heavybootz blog - with eleven tracks and Corey Parks on bass. Grab this boot here while you still can!
Here is a try-out: some additional artwork for the excellent Nashville Pussy compilation put together by Nik, the incredibly cool bloke behind the Black Lodge Relics blog, poetically entitled: The Wet Ass Pussyland Express. 16 fabulous tracks, including live versions and great covers. Please, do yourself a favour and grab this superb sampler by clicking here! I kept the original cover and added the rest according to my own taste...
A recent live show by this two decade-old Russian surfabilly band which mixes several influences and with which I have become acquainted only recently. I have cannibalised Rockin' Eugene's original artwork for their latest studio album Visiting the Skeleton in the Closet and the ads and poster advertising the show.
This is a homemade cover for a third mix of the album Raw Power. Much better than both the Bowie and the Iggy mixes. It is just mindblowing ...
